For
some of us, the cold winter months are here to stay!
Sadly
this also means the cold and flu season is upon us. Have you ever noticed that
some people just never get sick; no cold, no flu, nothing. You may be thinking
"lucky them" but the in reality, the cold weather is not related to
catching a cold but due to a decrease in our immune systems.
The
average healthy adult might catch 2 colds per year but by strengthening your
immune system all year round, but particularly when more people are sick, will
help keep you energized and healthy.
Some
tips to help keep your immune system functioning as efficiently as possible if

Proper Nutrition: Enjoying some amazing whole foods and avoiding high fat and sugars is
not just good for your waist line. It is also amazing for your immune
system.
